Unit Concept

Originally constructed in 1925, the Coliseum has been at the heart of Tulsa for over 90 years.  In 1925, office workers were flowing into the city as quickly as oil was flowing out of the ground.  The Coliseum Apartments were designed and billed as "professional apartments" for these people.  Today the Coliseum Apartments are once again full of professionals.  Contact our friends at American Residential Group for availability.

More than just an apartment complex.

The Edge at East Village is situated proudly at the entrance of the East Village neighborhood yet still an easy walk to some of Tulsa's best restaurants and entertainment. When we partnered with American Residential Group to build The Edge we selected the site because it was perfectly located at the intersection of the activity of the Blue Dome and the transformation taking place in the East Village. Come check out the neighborhood.

The Blue Dome

Probably Tulsa'a best entertainment district: the Blue Dome District offers more fun per foot than seems possible.  Have a pint, roll a frame, or get your sashimi on.

The East Village

New clubs, restaurants and nightlife along with art studios and unique shops make The East Village Tulsa's up-and-coming destination.  We even have a vintner.  No, really.

A Livable Space

A courtyard pool, clubhouse, exercise facilities and perfect outdoor amenities make the the middle of The Edge the center of your urban lifestyle.  See what we did there?

Grab a Drillers game, stroll a gallery on First Friday, catch your favorite act at the Cains or the BOK Arena.  You could live somewhere else, but why would you want to?

New life in an old building.

The Gates Hardware Building stood at the corner of Brady and Elgin for decades housing every odd and end necessary for construction of most anything.  Today, the architects at KSQ design tomorrow's structures on the top floor while you construct the perfect evening at another great McNellie's Group restaurant on the street level.  You can also enjoy the perfect beer brewed on site by Tulsa's own Marshall Brewing Company.

Play ball!
